Terms of Service for AIhubSys

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of services provided by AIhubSys at AIhubSys.online. Our office is located at 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada.

2. Services

AIhubSys offers AI system integration services, including consultation, system design, and setup. All services require a non-reimbursable project deposit of 30% of the total fee. This deposit covers planning and resource allocation. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the agreed start date qualify for reimbursement of any prepaid amount beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are fully non-reimbursable due to immediate resource commitment. Services may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 5 days ahead of the session date.

3. Information Products

AIhubSys provides digital courses, manuals, and templates related to AI system integration. Purchases may be reimbursed in full within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a reimbursement, please contact us via contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Goods

AIhubSys sells hardware components essential for AI system setup. A reimbursement request for goods may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. A processing fee of 15% applies to cover handling costs. Shipping charges are non-reimbursable. To initiate a reimbursement, please complete the contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 business days.

5. Reimbursement Procedures

All approved reimbursements are processed via the original purchase method. Processing times vary by provider but generally complete within 10 business days for digital products and 14 business days for goods. No third-party channels are used, ensuring direct handling by AIhubSys.

6. Non-Reimbursable Services

Customized workshops, prime-time integration support, and on-site deployment services are explicitly non-reimbursable once scheduled, due to the allocation of personnel and equipment. Clients are encouraged to review scheduling before confirmation. These services may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 10 days before the scheduled date.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule any standard service session once, with at least 5 days' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the scheduled date may incur a 10% fee of the session rate. To request rescheduling, use our contact form.
